INSURANCE INFORMATION:
We are in network with insurance companies listed below. However, we can submit claims to all PPO plans. Since we are considered out of network by any other insurance company, we simply ask for payment in full on the day of your visit, and your insurance check will be sent to your home.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept checks, cash, debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We also offer a flexible payment plan option through Care Credit.
